i got another job offer again..
feeling: KIMOCHI *means GOOD*
HAHAHAHA...

well i interviewed the job for QA EXECUTIVE in JUMBO SEAFOOD,
didnt know how well it goes coss is not i really wann
but becoss is wad i learnt soo i dunn mind take the job..
AHHH i forget to ask the pay T.T
HAHAHA if the pay iss good why not^O^

however i went back home..
i saw my gmail..i realised..
I GOT ANOTHER JOB OFFER~~~
coolcool...this time ard is tourism industry as
CUSTOMER INFORMATION SERVICE OFFICER..
basically is wad i will do if i got into the job
*dun expect too HIGH^O^*

This is a 1 year contract position (renewable, depending on performance). The person selected will be working at both the Singapore Visitor Centre located along Orchard Road / Changi Airport to man the tourist hotline.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries at the Centre in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Greet all customers with warm, friendly smiles and deposition.
  • Attend to and follow up with relevant department on request and queries/feedback.
  • Proactively acquire a very strong understanding of customers' needs, company products and services, and general knowledge to manage all enquiries independently.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on matters pertaining to customer’s issues and procedure issues for further improvement.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of clean and neat workstation.
  • Assist to display, recollect, fold and replenish reading materials.
  • Perform administrative duties, to support ad-hoc marketing projects and assist in conducting surveys.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Pre-requisites:

  • Min 1 -2 years working experience, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Presentable and well groomed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and customer service oriented
  • Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers
  • 5-day work week on rotating shifts, may need to work weekend / PH

The shift hours are as follows:

Changi Airport

Opening Shift 0545 – 1445

Morning Shift 0815 – 1715

Mid Shift 1230 – 2130

Closing Shift 1715 – 0215


Orchard

AM Shift 0900 – 1800

PM Shift 1330 – 2230 or

1400 – 2300 (Sat)

i love this part~~

Every shift is 9 hours and 1 hour break, uniform will be provided

when i saw uniform is provided~ im relieved coss i prefer to work wiz uniform,
no need to think wad to wear everyday to work..

but pay wise is $1474 per month..
quite little horr..
i was wandaring if the QA is higher pay than CISO
then i will go for QA of coss^O^O^O^
*人都是望钱看的。。哈哈哈哈;D*

but still considering...
coss i prefer to work as tourism industry hahaha;DD

i guess sat i will still buy straits time again and find job^O^
*never die spirit to find better job*
