well i quite agree wiz this cos i find out that girls play a major role in the emotion part..
if they are angry, the whole atmosphere will be super tense!
if they are happy, the whole atmosphere will be much lighter!
heehee i wanda if you make guys happy, will he do anything for you or

it says that can you catch an eating disorder?
hmmmm, it caught my attention right away~~
and i read the article, it says that if your surrounding friends is having this EDs,
you will get influence too!
dat is soo true:DD and i recall that ive been through this shit once..
i thot that being thin = to being fit and healthy
whereby you skip meals and eat VERY LITTLE FOOD!
apparently like jus one BREAD, or one BOTTLE of water per day will do!
yappyappy and in the end i got sickness~ i got a BAD HEADACHE, and my hair keep falling in quite an amount which scares me to deathO.O
soo after i read this article, i woke up!
i find that skipping meals really doesnt goes anywhere~
it wun makes me thin or slim anyway,
it gets me sickness which i didnt want to happen on me,
and it may lead to death if i keep doing this everyday~
soo not worth it la!
therefore i tell myself that i must eat 3 meals per day and of cos in healthy manner,
and dunn forget to exercise but not too OVER~ thats ridiculous!
soo i muss choose the correct healthy food
and i muss not eat too many unheathy food,
also NEVER to skip meals everyday!
the first step to stop EDs from "spreading" in your group is knowing what to look for.
FREAKY EATING:
your friends start avoiding many types of food, skipping meals, playing with and destroying food, purging food or restricting calories.
BODY OBSESSION:
your friends frequently comment on how "fat" they look - or talk about fat, calories, food content, weight, diets or size.
CONSTANT COMPARING:
they compare how much they've worked out or talk about measurements or body parts to see who's skinnier.
BODY-SNARKY:
they're always commenting on other girls' bodies because, deep down, they're so laser-focused on their own.
RED-FLAG PHRASES:
saying things like "I hate myself, I'm so fat!" or "I can't believe you're going to eat that" are signs that something is off.
if you have friends who behave like this, plsplspls tell him or mostly is her to STOP it!
and eat HEALTHIER!!!
i jus came back from tampines interchange and i got a wanderful present from FARHAH babe!
she got me a MICKEYMOUSE plush toy!
heehee even though im grown up but this toy will make me very happihappi
becoss is from my DEAR friend's heart! yappyappy will cherish it! :DD
and besides this i went to buy FROLICK YOGHURT! :))
the natural taste of the yoghurt + toppings STRAWBERRIES~ LOVE IT! :D

the last time i ate is like one year ago
i guess when im having frolick yoghurt competition in school! haha:)
memories and times flies soo quickly!!!
